On November 5th Open Day was held at FlyOn.Aero.
The goal was to inform and guide the profession of Aircraft Maintenance Engineer.
The meeting was attended by many students and parents. It was underlined the strong growth and continuous demand of qualified aircraft technicians; indeed, the market expects an increase of air traffic and turnover equal to 50% by 2035.
This means the request of new professional figures, with an estimated growth by Boeing and Airbus of the number of employees of about 30%.
FlyOn.Aero, Aviation Training Center EASA 147 approved, has presented training courses to obtain the Aircraft Maintenance License (AML), introducing also information concerning lived experieces by FlyOn.Aero personnel, such as Qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineers, Managers and Trainers.
Participants asked some information regarding FlyOn.Aero methods of study, Training on the Job and preparatory internships to the hiring at consolidated companies in Italy, Europe and Middle East with which FlyOn.Aero collaborates.
